Norman Foster + Fernando Romero Enterprise – International airport for Mexico City
Designed to be the world’s most sustainable airport, the compact single terminal uses less materials and energy than a cluster of buildings. The design ensures short walking distances and few level changes, it is easy to navigate, and passengers will not have to use internal trains or underground tunnels – it is a celebration of space and light.

Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos – 44th Drive
This residential building is located in Long Island City, a once industrial and now fast growing neighborhood of New York City. The building massing is designed to generate private terraces and offer views of the East river –only 200 meters away- and the buildings of Midtown Manhattan on the opposite coast. The project combines a variety of residential typologies that range between 650 and 1800 square feet. Steel sunshades protect the interior space from sun and views from the street and create a relate to the area’s industrial heritage and character.

5468796 – Brewery at the Forks
The Brewery at The Forks is part addition, part renovation of a new craft brewery operating out of Winnipeg’s historic Forks Market. A thriving transportation hub in the early 1900s, the site was home to the Great Northern Railway Stable Building and the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Stable Building before being joined by an atrium and a series of bridges in the late 1980s, creating what is now known as The Forks Market. Drawing inspiration from the original structure and its processes, a complimentary form was explored for a full-production brewery.

Michel Rojkind – Foro Boca
During recent years there has been a clear enrichment of the musical and cultural life of Boca del Rio, Veracruz. The dynamics and activities of the orchestra have had a successful social and cultural development, and have demonstrated the need to create a new social enclosure to serve as the new home for the orchestra and its programs. Foro Boca fits within a master plan that seeks to revitalize an urban area that is currently deteriorated.

Elasticospa – Maison Glacé
La Maison Glacé is an experiment with which we aims to connect the building to its surroundings through one of the prime carachter associated to the city of Toronto: Cold.
La Maison Glacé is a single family house with attached guest apartment wich will self protect from the cold and from the winds of the near by lake Ontario through a crust of ice which will build up in the first cold days of winter, creating a barrier which will maintain a milder temperature close to the house. It is a case study which will be tested in its parts to help develop new solutions for residential houses for Indigenous people living in Northern regions of Canada.
