About One Thousand Museum
Miami’s One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects marks the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect’s first and final residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. With her name on the project and iconic aesthetic in the center of downtown Miami’s skyline, the tower will be the catalyst that shifts the center of gravity for high design and luxury residences to downtown Miami. Once complete in 2018, the 62-story tower will be the first building in the country to utilize Hadid’s revolutionary exoskeleton design. Overlooking Museum Park and Biscayne Bay, One Thousand Museum offers an unmatched standard of luxury living, containing only 83 units and over 30,000 square feet of luxury communal areas including a two-story amenity space, an aquatic center, a two-story health spa, multiple art galleries, the city’s only private rooftop helipad and more. The property also has a prime location within Miami’s cultural nucleus, located around the Pérez Art Museum Miami, the Phillip Frost Museum of Science, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and American Airlines Arena. Developed by Louis Birdman, Gregg Covin, Kevin Venger and Regalia Group with sales & marketing headed by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, One Thousand Museum’s unprecedented fusion of art, architecture, design, location and luxury will make it Miami’s most coveted address.
