Trébol Park (2018) is a mixed-use complex with two towers on a large public plaza. One tower is devoted to office space, and the other houses two hotels; on the ground floor, there are commercial areas that open to the plaza. The complex’s design emerged from a rigorous geometrical exploration; it consists of three triangles that come together into a larger one. Each of the towers is sustained by three concrete towers that concentrate circulations and services. On one of them, the floor plan is open. On the other, spaces are organized around an open atrium. The complex is located at the end of an avenue; facing the street, there is a broad stairway that invites people in. The design is an elaboration of Calzada 401, a shopping mall designed by Landa Arquitectos, which substitutes its parking lot with a gardened area. For its part, the structure of the buildings emerged from that of Torre Dataflux.
